To cancel your loyalty membership, log into your account and go to Account Settings → Kiln Club. Click “Cancel Membership” and follow the prompts. If you run into any issues, contact our customer support team and we’ll be happy to assist.

Custom orders typically take 3–6 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the piece, the drying and firing schedule, and current demand in the studio.
We process custom requests in the order they’re received, but Tier 3 members of our Kiln Club receive first priority for custom order slots, meaning their projects are scheduled ahead of standard queue times whenever possible.
If you need a piece by a specific date, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to let you know our current turnaround time before you place your request.
Points expire after 24 months of inactivity. As long as you make at least one purchase or earn new points within a 2-year period, your balance stays active. The 2× custom order bonus still resets yearly and does not roll over
